Resumo

Gamification has emerged as an innovative approach in education, seeking to transform the learning experience into a more engaging, motivating, and effective process. This work explores the application of gamification in postgraduate courses, exploring its impacts on student engagement, the quality of learning and general satisfaction with the educational program, seeking to achieve a higher concept in the Quadrennial Assessment - from the Coordination for the Improvement of Personnel Higher Education (CAPES). In addition, this work points out a set of criteria that can be assisted by gamification methodologies to provide valuable insights for educators, managers and researchers interested in adopting gamification as an effective pedagogical tool in education.
