THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN INCLUSIVE EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES

Resumo

This work presents the importance of knowledge management (KM) in the context of inclusive education, which aims to ensure equitable access to quality education for all students, regardless of their abilities or special needs. The literature review highlights KM applied in inclusive educational processes, presenting effective practices and associated challenges. For this review, comprehensive research was performed in academic databases, resulting in the selection of studies published from 2019 that discuss the application of KM in the educational context, focusing on inclusive practices. The results present the KM steps that can improve inclusive education processes, relating them to inclusive activities to enhance them. Finally, the importance of promoting organizational change that embraces KM practices is highlighted to optimize the available intellectual capital, aiming to improve the efficiency, innovation, and performance of educational institutions.
