Resumo

The aim of this research is to elucidate the relevance of continued training and the implementation of digital culture for teachers, especially those who work in schools considered rural schools, based on authors who discuss this issue. Our analysis assumes that continued training is a necessary condition in the process of improvement and training throughout one's career. As result, the continued training in digital technologies using sequence didactic proved to be an excellent process to improve the quality of pedagogical practice in rural education and the sharing of educational knowledge.
