Resumo

This paper presents a novel approach to enhancing system reliability in mission-critical Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications within the nuclear sector by utilizing a Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) model with an additional spare sensor. Rapid advancements in IoT and wireless communication technologies have opened new avenues for industrial applications, but they also bring unique challenges, particularly in environments with stringent reliability and security requirements. We propose a high-reliability measuring system implemented on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) using VHDL.
