RESILIENCE FRAMEWORK FOR ENGINEERING AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: APPLICATION IN COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTS
Resumo
In recent years, various challenges have compromised the preservation of critical knowledge in organizations. For this reason, this study proposes a Resilience Framework for Knowledge Engineering and Management applicable to organizations with complex environments. The framework covers aspects such as anticipation, preparation, perception, integration, mobilization, response, self-regulation, transformation, absorption, adaptation, monitoring, data processing, learning, recovery and social and economic capacity. It serves as an organizational diagnostic tool for assessing and implementing resilient practices in engineering and knowledge management. As a suggestion for future work, we recommend establishing a standard of importance for the practices in this framework and developing a method for evaluating knowledge management with resilient practices.
