Abstract

This study investigates the process of operation and management of centers of technological innovation created in the institutions of science and technology under the Innovation Law.The main purpose is to understand them from their legal function of being instruments of technology transfer and innovation. Therefore, makes use of a theoretical framework that articulates both competitive intelligence and competency management in dialogue with knowledge management and innovation.
