Abstract

The elicitation of software requirements is still considered critical, especially for complex systems that need a more resilient (adaptable) performance. Resilience Engineering offers the FRAM Method to model real work and variability. The work proposes a heuristic model based on FRAM to elicit software requirements, showing the contributions of Resilience Engineering to that of Requirements in the specification of more resilient technologies in complex contexts.
